A New Walk-In Shower
The existing tub was removed and replaced with a tiled shower featuring a prefabricated pan, curb, and built-in niche.
Proper Waterproofing and Tile Installation
Schluter waterproofing systems and insulation were installed before new tile was added to the shower and bathroom floor.
Refreshed Bathroom Finishes
The main bathroom vanity was refinished with cabinet-grade paint and new baseboard was installed, while the downstairs bathroom walls were repaired, spot-primed, and finished with two coats of paint.
