Ulta Home Improvements is a high-end painting, flooring, tile, and carpentry business located in Ashland, MA. Description of Duties:
- Perform interior and exterior painting for residential homes in the MetroWest area.
- Prep surfaces to a high standard by sanding, patching, caulking, and masking.
- Cut and roll walls, ceilings, and trim with clean lines and precision.
- Support the Lead Painter in completing projects on time and to Ulta’s high standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of job sites, tools, and equipment.
- Use and maintain company-provided tools and sprayers.
- Follow safety procedures and project guidelines at all times.
- Provide excellent service to clients, demonstrating professionalism and respect.
- Attend ongoing skills training as provided by the company.
Skills and Requirements:
- Ability to cut-in clean lines and roll evenly without leaving marks or streaks.
- Strong prep skills — attention to detail when patching, sanding, and caulking.
- Comfortable on ladders and working at heights.
- Experience with spray equipment is a plus.
- Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
- Must pass a background check.
