Ulta Home Improvements is a high-end painting, flooring, tile, and carpentry business located in Ashland, MA. Description of Duties:
- Perform interior and exterior carpentry work, including framing, trim installation, door installation, and custom woodwork.
- Build and repair decks, porches, stairs, and other structural or finish carpentry elements.
- Perform demolition, drywall hanging, and general repairs as needed for residential remodeling projects.
- Maintain clean and organized job sites, tools, and equipment.
- Support the Lead Carpenter and Project Manager in completing projects on schedule and to Ulta’s high standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients, teammates, and supervisors.
- Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times.
- Travel to job sites primarily within a 1-hour radius of Ashland, MA.
Skills and Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of general carpentry experience.
- Proficient with hand and power tools.
- Ability to read and interpret basic construction plans and measurements.
- Comfortable working at heights and on ladders.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce clean, professional results.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and team-player mindset.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
- Must pass a background check.
